Product Information

Angie Belcher is both writer and teacher. Creating a collaboration between the two is what gives greater depth to both her writing and her teaching. While her Italian side gave her creativity and a colourful upbringing, it was the New Zealand culture, environment, education and adventure that really influenced her writing. Diving, caving, hiking and the outdoors provided exciting writing prospects resulting in commissioned work in Sri Lanka, Fiji, Papua New Guinea and became the catalyst for many children’s adventure books. Her work is varied and includes Young Adult and Junior Fiction novels, educational text, commissioned and freelance articles, illustrated picture books and writing short plays for children and adults.
